Mission Statement: TORN’s mission is to customize jeans and tee’s to fit our customers perfectly, and to be the best at it. In being the best we will provide customers with top notch customer service to fulfill all there needs and to make them feel at home when doing so. To achieve our goal TORN will provide:

• Sensible prices for the average person.
• Leading top styles with great accessories. 
• Exceptional customer service.

My business name is “Torn”, that specializes in Jeans and Graphic tees. I also sell customized jewelry, earnings, necklaces, rings and hand bags. My business is a sole proprietorship of which I own. In order to operate my business successfully, I will need a place to reside in that will be most profitable for the business and the customers. In order to do so I will lease a building on Madison Ave, in Manhattan New York. Here I will be able to provide customers with great service and an excellent environment to shop in. To run this business I will also need six computers that will help the business run smoothly. Two of these six computers will be put in the main store and be used as cash registers. Then, the other four will be used to operate the business be hide the scenes. I also will need to rent a space to make and design the custom jeans, tees, bags and jewelry. In order to make this clothing store successful and a good competitor, I will provide comfy couches and chairs through out the store to make them feel welcome to stay as long as needed. I will also need clothing racks, shelves, fitting rooms, and bathrooms to help serve customers better. 

Our main business will come from our store in NY, but we also provide an online service to. Our online service mainly will sell our accessories since our jeans are customized by getting fitted in the store. Our handbags and jewelry will be our main source of income online, and to be the best we will keep up with the latest trends and fashion. Our online business also will provide fast and easy service to help get our products to customers fast and easy.

Overall TORN’s goal is to provide great custom fit  jeans to all people, with exceptional customer service and to be profitable when doing so.
